InterventionCon.com Geek Networking Meetup: A meetup extension of Oni Hartstein’s Digital Media convention.
The biggest complaint we received about our event was that it happened only once a year. We have a solution for that. The InterventionCon.com Geek Networking Meetup is here all year to Intervene and Inspire the whole family to embrace Technology, Digital Media, and the potential of the Internet in order to make a better world. Geeks, Webcomics, Podcasters, Bloggers, Filmmakers, and the fans who love them are all welcome.
Everyone from the casual fan to the experienced creator is welcome. The only thing that is not welcome is bad attitudes and elitism. Also polar bears.

This is a great opportunity for you to get some low pressure one on one time with the convention founders, meet new friends, and get inspired to take your creativity and fandom to the next level.
Meetups take place every month in New Jersey at Rutgers University (near where our founders live), but we will be scheduling meetups in the Maryland and Virginia area in the coming months as well.
