One Response to “Workshops”

  1. Melissa Ward says:

My partner Brian and Geiger and I would like to suggest a workshop that we would facilitate, based on what we do over at

The goal of Awesomeography is to show everyone who is interested a path to doing Awesome things. We imagine people thinking, “I would like to make something Awesome, but I don’t know where to start!” Awesomeography shows you where to start, and helps you past those little obstacles that might keep you from moving forward on your path to Awesome.

Though the workshop name could use work, here’s a rough idea: What’s Stopping You from Making Something Awesome? We’d go over the 5 key obstacles we’ve identified that hold people back, then would have attendees submit projects/endeavors they want to do, but are having trouble with. Brian and I would lead the discussion on identifying the obstacles the person is facing, then open it up to the group to crowdsource some solutions. At the end of the workshop, attendees should feel energized and ready to jump into new projects, or jump back into those they were stuck in.

(We just really like helping people be creative and awesome)

Let us know if this would be a good fit, or if we’d need to tweak the workshop idea to better fit.
